数据删除指南Data Deletion Guide

Mine Mail 没有保存邮箱内容的云端服务器。应用会让你分别选择仅断开、撤销 Google 授权，以及删除该账户的设备本地邮件缓存。Mine Mail has no cloud server holding your mailbox. The app lets you separately choose to disconnect, revoke Google authorization, and delete that account’s on-device mail cache.

先了解三个动作的区别

动作会删除什么不会删除什么
仅断开Mine Mail 账户连接记录与操作系统凭据存储中的该账户授权资料。Google 账户中的 Mine Mail 授权和设备本地邮件缓存。
撤销授权并移除Mine Mail 会先请求 Google 撤销 OAuth 授权，确认成功后再删除账户记录和操作系统凭据。除非同时勾选删除本地邮件缓存，否则会保留设备缓存；不会删除 Gmail 服务商上的原始邮件。
删除 Mine Mail 本地数据目录设备上的账户元数据、SQLite 邮件缓存、草稿、发件箱、联系人、头像、设置与日志。Google 或其他邮箱服务商服务器上的原始邮件和账户。

要完成最彻底的退出，请在第 1 步选择撤销授权并勾选删除缓存，再按需执行第 3 步。执行前请确认重要的本地草稿或尚未发送内容已经备份；删除后无法由 Mine Mail 恢复。

1. 从 Mine Mail 移除或断开账户

  1. 打开 Mine Mail。
  2. 进入 设置 → 账户。
  3. 打开目标账户的更多菜单并点击移除账户。
  4. 若只想暂时断开并保留 Google 授权与缓存，选择仅断开。
  5. 若不再使用该连接，选择撤销授权并移除；如需同时删除该账户的 SQLite 邮件缓存，先勾选同时删除本地邮件缓存。

Google 撤销请求失败时，Mine Mail 不会继续删除账户，并会显示失败原因；请检查网络后重试。若本地缓存清理失败，账户和授权仍可能已经移除，但应用会显示明确的部分完成警告。

如果应用无法启动，可跳过本步，先执行第 2 步手动撤权，再删除完整本地数据目录。

2. 手动撤销 Google 授权（备用方式）

  1. 打开 Google 账户的第三方应用和服务连接页面。
  2. 登录连接 Mine Mail 时使用的 Google 账户。
  3. 在列表中选择 Mine Mail。
  4. 选择删除所有关联或撤销访问权限，并按 Google 页面确认。

如果你已经在应用中成功选择“撤销授权并移除”，无需重复本步。撤权后，Mine Mail 不能再使用已有 token 访问该 Gmail 账户；以后重新连接需要再次明确授权。

3. 永久删除设备上的 Mine Mail 数据

  1. 在系统托盘中选择退出，确认 Mine Mail 已完全关闭，而不是仅隐藏窗口。
  2. 在 Windows 文件资源管理器地址栏输入：%LOCALAPPDATA%\com.minemail.desktop
  3. 确认打开的目录名为 com.minemail.desktop，然后删除整个目录。
  4. 清空回收站，完成设备上的永久删除。

应用内的缓存选项只删除目标账户的邮件数据库；目录删除还会清除设置、联系人、头像和诊断日志。目录删除后这些数据无法恢复。操作系统凭据通常已在第 1 步删除；如跳过第 1 步，可同时检查 Windows 凭据管理器中是否仍有 Mine Mail 相关条目。

卸载是否足够？

卸载行为可能因安装版本和 Windows 行为而保留应用数据。若要确保完整删除，请不要只依赖卸载；在退出应用后明确删除上述目录，并单独完成 Google 撤权。

邮箱服务商中的数据

以上操作不会删除 Gmail、163 邮箱或其他服务商服务器上的原始邮件和账户。若要删除这些数据，请在相应邮箱服务商中删除邮件、清空回收站，或使用服务商提供的账户删除工具。Mine Mail 开发者无法访问或代你删除服务商数据。

无法完成删除？

请联系 tantless8@gmail.com，说明操作系统、Mine Mail 版本和卡住的步骤。不要发送密码、OAuth token 或完整私人邮件。

由于 Mine Mail 没有邮箱云端副本，开发者通常没有可代删的服务器端邮箱数据；支持可以帮助你定位本机目录、撤销授权，或删除你此前主动发送给支持邮箱的资料。

First, understand the three actions

For the most complete exit, choose revocation plus cache deletion in step 1, then use step 3 if needed. First back up important local drafts or unsent content. Mine Mail cannot recover deleted local data.

1. Remove or disconnect the account from Mine Mail

  1. Open Mine Mail.
  2. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  3. Open the target account’s More menu and choose Remove Account.
  4. To disconnect temporarily while retaining the Google grant and cache, choose Disconnect only.
  5. If you no longer want the connection, choose Revoke authorization and remove. First select Delete local mail cache if you also want to delete that account’s SQLite mail cache.

If Google does not confirm revocation, Mine Mail stops before removing the account and reports the failure; check the network and retry. If local cache cleanup fails, the account and grant may already be removed, but the app displays an explicit partial-completion warning.

If the app cannot start, skip this step, revoke Google access manually in step 2, and then delete the complete local-data directory.

2. Revoke Google authorization manually (fallback)

  1. Open your Google Account’s third-party apps and services page.
  2. Sign in to the Google Account you connected to Mine Mail.
  3. Select Mine Mail in the list.
  4. Choose the option to delete connections or revoke access, then confirm on Google’s page.

If “Revoke authorization and remove” already succeeded in the app, you do not need to repeat this step. After revocation, Mine Mail cannot use the existing token to access that Gmail account. Reconnecting later requires new, explicit authorization.

3. Permanently delete Mine Mail data on the device

  1. Choose Exit from the system tray. Confirm Mine Mail is fully closed rather than merely hidden.
  2. Enter this in the Windows File Explorer address bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%\com.minemail.desktop
  3. Confirm the directory is named com.minemail.desktop, then delete the entire directory.
  4. Empty the Recycle Bin to complete permanent on-device deletion.

The in-app cache option deletes only the selected account’s mail database. Deleting the complete directory also removes settings, contacts, avatars, and diagnostic logs. Mine Mail cannot recover these deleted items. Step 1 normally deletes the OS credential. If you skipped it, also check Windows Credential Manager for remaining Mine Mail entries.

Is uninstalling enough?

Uninstall behavior may preserve app data depending on the build and Windows behavior. To ensure complete deletion, do not rely on uninstall alone: explicitly remove the directory after quitting the app, and revoke Google access separately.

Data held by your mail provider

The actions above do not delete original mail or your account from Gmail, 163 Mail, or another provider. To delete provider-side data, delete messages and empty trash through that provider, or use its account-deletion tool. The Mine Mail developer cannot access or delete provider-side data for you.

Unable to complete deletion?

Email tantless8@gmail.com with your OS, Mine Mail version, and the step that is blocked. Never send a password, OAuth token, or complete private message.

Because Mine Mail has no cloud mailbox copy, the developer ordinarily has no server-side mailbox data to delete for you. Support can help locate the local directory, explain revocation, or delete material you previously sent voluntarily to the support inbox.
