1. 接受条款
本服务由 Tantless（个人开发者，以下简称“运营者”）提供。你安装、访问或使用 Mine Mail，即表示你已阅读并同意本服务条款和隐私政策。如果你不同意，请不要使用 Mine Mail。
你必须达到所在地区可以自行同意使用数字服务的年龄；否则应由监护人代表你同意。
2. 服务说明
Mine Mail 是本地优先的桌面邮件客户端，可从你的设备直接连接 Gmail、163 邮箱及标准 IMAP/SMTP 邮箱。它可提供本地缓存、同步、阅读、写信、草稿、发件箱、通知和联系人等功能，具体以你安装版本实际提供的功能为准。
Mine Mail 不是邮箱服务商，不向你分配邮箱地址，不保证第三方邮箱服务器的可用性，也不控制邮件的最终投递、垃圾邮件判断、存储配额或服务商政策。
3. 账户与设备责任
- 你只能连接自己有权使用的邮箱账户，并保证提供的配置合法、准确。
- 你负责保护设备、操作系统账户、Google 账户和其他邮箱授权资料。
- 你应在共享、遗失、出售或处置设备前退出 Mine Mail、撤销授权并删除本地数据。
- 你应自行保留重要邮件或附件的适当备份。离线缓存不能替代邮箱服务商或独立备份。
4. 可接受使用
你不得使用 Mine Mail 从事违法活动，侵犯他人权利，发送垃圾邮件、恶意软件、欺诈或骚扰内容，绕过邮箱服务商限制，未经授权访问他人账户，或干扰应用、邮箱服务商及相关基础设施的安全与正常运行。
你对通过 Mine Mail 创建、发送、转发或保存的内容及其后果负责，并应遵守适用法律、收件人权利和邮箱服务商政策。
5. 第三方服务
Mine Mail 与 Google、163 邮箱及你选择的其他邮箱或远程内容服务进行交互。这些服务由相应第三方控制，并受其条款、隐私政策、配额、接口变更和可用性约束。
Google、Gmail 和其他第三方名称与商标属于其各自权利人。Mine Mail 与这些服务的兼容性不表示得到其赞助或背书。
6. 测试版、更新与终止
在公开测试阶段，功能可能不完整、发生变化或包含缺陷。运营者可以发布安全修复、兼容性更新，修改或停止某项功能，并会在合理可行时于网站、发布说明或应用中告知重要变化。
你可以随时停止使用并按数据删除指南清理数据。若你严重违反这些条款或对服务安全造成风险，运营者可以停止向你提供支持或可用的分发服务，但无法控制你邮箱服务商中的账户和数据。
7. 保证、责任与适用限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Mine Mail 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作不间断、无错误、适合特定用途、邮件必然投递或数据永不丢失的保证。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，运营者不对因第三方服务故障、网络中断、设备问题、误操作、未备份、恶意邮件或测试版缺陷造成的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责。本条款不排除法律不得排除或限制的责任和消费者权利。
如果本条款某一部分不可执行，其余部分继续有效。运营者未立即执行某项权利不表示放弃该权利。
8. 条款变更与联系方式
条款可能因功能、法律要求或发布状态变化而更新。本页会标注新的生效日期；你在条款生效后继续使用发布版本，表示接受更新后的条款。

1. Acceptance
The service is provided by Tantless, an independent developer (“Operator”). By installing, accessing, or using Mine Mail, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mine Mail.
You must be old enough to consent to a digital service in your jurisdiction, or a guardian must agree for you.
2. Service description
Mine Mail is a local-first desktop email client that connects directly from your device to Gmail, 163 Mail, and standard IMAP/SMTP accounts. It may provide local caching, synchronization, reading, composing, drafts, outbox, notifications, and contacts. The features in your installed version control.
Mine Mail is not an email provider, does not assign email addresses, and does not control third-party server availability, final delivery, spam decisions, storage quotas, or provider policy.
3. Account and device responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you are authorized to use and provide lawful, accurate configuration.
- Protect your device, operating-system account, Google Account, and other mail authorization material.
- Before sharing, losing, selling, or disposing of a device, quit Mine Mail, revoke access, and delete local data.
- Maintain appropriate backups of important mail and attachments. An offline cache is not a substitute for provider storage or an independent backup.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Mine Mail for unlawful activity, infringement, spam, malware, fraud, harassment, circumvention of provider limits, unauthorized account access, or interference with the security or normal operation of the app, mail providers, or related infrastructure.
You are responsible for content you create, send, forward, or store through Mine Mail and must respect applicable law, recipient rights, and provider policies.
5. Third-party services
Mine Mail interacts with Google, 163 Mail, and other mail or remote-content services you choose. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their terms, privacy policies, quotas, interface changes, and availability.
Google, Gmail, and other third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Compatibility does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Beta, updates, and termination
During public beta, features may be incomplete, change, or contain defects. The Operator may publish security and compatibility updates, modify or stop a feature, and will give notice of material changes through the website, release notes, or app when reasonably practical.
You may stop using the app at any time and follow the Data Deletion Guide. If you materially breach these Terms or create a security risk, the Operator may stop providing support or available distribution services, but cannot control your account or data held by your mail provider.
7. Warranty, liability, and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mine Mail is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, deliver every message, or never lose data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by third-party outages, network failures, device problems, user error, missing backups, malicious mail, or beta defects. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
8. Changes and contact
These Terms may change with features, legal requirements, or release status. A new effective date will appear here. Continued use of a released build after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
